1. How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Orders are typically shipped within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes around 10-15 business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

2. What is your return policy?

Currently, ASHIYANA STORE does not offer a return policy. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will provide a replacement without the need to return the plant.

3. How do I request a refund?

If you receive a damaged or dead plant, you can request a refund. Please follow these steps:

a) Send us photos of the damaged plant, clearly showing the plant name, damaged parts, and ASHIYANA STORE stickers. Please send the photos within 24 hours of delivery to Support@ashiyanastore.com.

b) If you are unable to capture all the details in one photo, you can send us a video (not more than 20 seconds) that captures all the necessary details.

After reviewing the photos or video, our team will determine if the case qualifies for a refund or replacement. If eligible, the refund will be initiated, and it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by sending an email to Support@ashiyanastore.com or by calling us at 7398224683. Please note that cancellations are not possible on Sundays and holidays.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details. You will also receive an SMS with the consignment number and a link to track your order status.

6. Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges. All prices mentioned on our website include all taxes and VAT. However, delivery charges may be applicable depending on the number of products purchased.

7. How do I arrange for a pick-up if I need to return an item?

There is no need to return the plant if it is damaged in transit. Simply inform us, and we will provide you with a new plant or a refund.
